RETURN & REFUND POLICY — FOAMELLE

Your satisfaction is our priority.

We have a simple and fair return policy.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following

conditions:

— Product received is damaged or defective

— Wrong product was delivered

— Product seal was broken upon delivery 

We do NOT accept returns for:

— Change of mind after purchase

— Products that have been used or partially consumed

— Products without original packaging 

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Email us at foamelle.support@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery

 

2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

3. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours

4. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost REFUND PROCESS Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

— Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

— Refund will be credited to your original payment method

— For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be via bank transfer or UPI DAMAGED IN TRANSIT If your product arrives damaged, please share a photo/video within 24 hours of delivery.

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
