2. PRODUCTS 2.1 All products listed on foamelle.com are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
2.2 We take every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately. However, slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings.
2.3 Foamelle products are intended for household kitchen cleaning use only. Please follow the usage instructions on the product label. We are not responsible for any misuse of the product.

3. ORDERING & PAYMENT
3.1 By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s) at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
3.2 All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.3 We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
4.1 We ship across India. Estimated delivery timelines are 4–7 business days for metro cities and 7–10 business days for remote areas.
4.2 Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, public holidays, or extreme weather conditions.
4.3 Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeline, please contact us. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
5. RETURNS & REFUNDS 5.1 We accept returns only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products delivered.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
5.2 To initiate a return, email foamelle.support@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
5.3 Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method once the return is approved.
5.4 We do not accept returns for change of mind, used products, or products without original packaging.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 7.1 Foamelle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.

9. GOVERNING LAW 9.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
9.2 Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
